Inclusive Female Focused Exercise Class for Mom & Baby

LIFT provides a supportive community where you can develop strength and confidence in your body and workout with the support of a trained professional!

Safe and appropriate during pregnancy and 4+ weeks after birth because you will receive individualized support in a small group class.


Led by Myranda Reimer, Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Pelvic Floor Therapist, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Coach

Experience a personalized approach within a group class

Myranda is available 10-15 minute before and after class to connect with you

Each class, you will receive education and guidance to ensure you are moving with appropriate intensity for your current abilities while providing gentle challenge to support your health and fitness goals!

No memberships, no contracts.

Baby, child friendly, including carriers, stroller, snacks, toys, etc.

4 classes a week - each class is a different whole body workout

Class schedule:

  • Tuesday morning 11:00 - 12:00PM

  • Wednesday morning 11:00-12:00PM

    • Thursday afternoon 1:30-2:30PM

  • Friday morning 11:00 - 12:00PM


  • This class combines body weight exercises with weight lifting, gymnastics (body weight movements such as push ups, planks, sit ups, etc.) and cardio exercises using a variety of equipment (rowers, bikes)

  • No experience with exercise needed

  • Located inside of Synergy Strength & Conditioning. Free parking. Easily accessible from main streets.

  • 5 class pass for $94.50

  • 10 class pass for $189

  • Drop in for $21

    *GST included

    Saskatchewan residents are eligible to submit receipts through Physiotherapy insurance reimbursement after connecting with Myranda for a one on one physiotherapy session. Reach out with questions.

    • This first step ensures that Myranda knows you better and class truly supports your goals! This is the difference between LIFT Saskatoon and other classes, personalized guidance within a group of others cheering you on!

    • An initial assessment is necessary for insurance coverage payment option

      • Make a note you are wanting to join class

    • Complete the intake form that comes with your appointment confirmation email

More Details

  • Mom & Baby workouts

    • Come alone or come with your little. There can even been ladies without children come! This class is about creating a space for you to strength train and socialize! Ladies always comment on how they love their babies learn to share and play!

  • Community & Encouragement.

    • We lift each other up! Join our group and share in the experience of learning more about your body by moving it and find connection with other females while doing it!

  • Inclusive & Supportive.

    • Classes are newborn and child friendly. You are welcome to wear a carrier, bring play-pens or a portable swing. Children 1 year and older are welcome pending they are able to be some what independent and safe for 60 minutes at a bench or table or beside you on the gym floor

    • No previous experience with exercising needed!

  • Variety

    • Since February 2021, ladies continue to praise the variety of movement in class. We focus on learning foundational movement patterns through basic lifts and compliment them with numerous other movements.

    • Everyone does the same workout, but to meet you where you are at, she will provide different movement options or equipment choices that best suit you

    What makes this class unique?

  • This is an ongoing class, meaning that you can join when you’d like and leave when you’d like! Whether you are newly postpartum or your little ones are older, join the class to gain more confidence in working out at home or stay a while!

  • Every class is a whole body workout, including foundational strength lifts and accessory movements. This class is modeled after CrossFit philosophy and programming, the first of it’s kind in Saskatoon! Despite what people say, CrossFit is safe, appropriate for people of all ages and like any sport, we make it what we want.

  • Myranda writes the workouts for LIFT class and ensures every member can participate in a way to support your goals for joining. Through her experience as a competitive Provincial level soccer player, female soccer coach, scholarly accomplishments (Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Masters of Physical Therapy) and continued education (Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism coach, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and numerous pelvic health and women’s health courses, Myranda Reimer has developed a great understanding for providing workouts that will be challenging and appropriate for your current level of readiness on your pregnancy and postpartum journey!

You will enjoy a new way of working out with an introduction to different movements, new equipment, and fun and challenging types of workouts!

More about this Class

So many women receive little to no info or overly conservative information that is still lacking in direction about exercising during the different seasons of life.

This class’ purpose is to provide an environment for females to learn more about moving our bodies, building strategies and habits that support longevity of movement and health at any age or stage of life.
